The terms of sale, licence agreement and cancellations and refunds page together form the contract for a subscription, and all three are accepted at checkout. The version in force is 1.0, effective 26 August 2026, and the version you accepted is recorded with your order.
If we change anything of substance we publish a new version with a new effective date. A change never applies to a term you have already paid for.
